Easy to make granola with no hidden sugars, perfect breakfast for the whole family!
Pour a thin layer of porridge oats, jumbo ones if you can get them, on a baking tray. Melt a tbsp of coconut oil and add a tbsp of 100% maple syrup or a tbsp of raw cacao (to make chocolate granola). Add oats and oil mixture together into a bowl, add any seeds or nuts, (I used chia, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed and some almonds along with a few cranberries and dessicated coconut because I love it) Add 1-2 tbsp of cinnamon, I like a lot. Then bake at around 130-140 degrees for approx 30 mins, turning half way through. Serve with some fresh berries and my go to for dairy free is Coyo. The granola should keep in an airtight container for a couple of weeks ?
