Prior to participation in any online or face to face activity, clients are required to complete a Consent Form, a Physical Activity Questionnaire and agree to the Terms and Conditions below.

The online membership offers you workouts designed to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace any professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have any concerns or questions about your health, please seek permission from your doctor prior to undertaking any exercise. This is particularly important if you have high/low blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, are on medication, have a family history of heart conditions, are not used to exercise, have ever felt pain in your chest when exercising, are pregnant, regularly feel dizzy, faint or lose consciousness when exercising or have ever suffered with unusual shortness of breath when exercising. You should accept that any form of exercise is not without risk and that you are responsible for evaluating your medical and physical condition prior to exercise. Be sensible and work within your capabilities at all times, appropriate to your fitness level. Exercise should cease immediately if you experience any light headedness, dizziness, shortness of breath or feel unwell. Use of any of the online material is completely voluntary and as such, by taking part in classes and/or signing up to membership, you agree that you do so at your own risk and assume all risk of injury to yourself. Helen Delaney Fitness assumes or undertakes NO LIABILITY for any loss or damage suffered by any individual nor group of individuals who may be participating in personal training, online or face to face classes as a result of the use or misuse of any material.

Anyone wishing to take part in the online or face to face activity – whether live or pre-recorded instructional video, must adhere to the following terms:

  • The area must be, a flat surface, clear of any obstacles (including children and pets), free from trip hazards and large enough to exercise in safely
  • Wear appropriate footwear, trainers or bare feet – not socks due to risk of slipping
  • Remove any jewellery that may get caught and cause injury whilst exercising
  • Have read, signed and returned a PAR-Q form to Helen Delaney Fitness
  • Work to a level that is within your capabilities at all times
  • Advise Helen Delaney Fitness of any injuries or changes to your health that may affect how you exercise
  • To take part in online and/or face to face classes you must be in good physical health. If you’ve been told on health or medical grounds that you should not take part in physical activity and sport, you should not take part in any of the classes, online classes or personal training unless your GP advises you otherwise.

By taking part in any of the fitness activities – whether live or pre-recorded instructional video – I agree to the above terms and conditions.
